Josiah specializes in not just lifting in the gym but training his clients in a way that supports and helps an active life style. With the goal to always be progressively getting better in our movements and to lead to a more pain free life now and far into the future. And teaching kids the importance of lifting and how to train in a way to keep them healthy!
