As the Training Director at M3 Strength and Conditioning my mission is to uncover the driving force behind each client’s decision to start their strength training journey. I have experienced firsthand how exercise can improve mood, reduce stress, and provide a sense of empowerment- and I’m passionate about helping others experience these same positive changes.
After 5 years in elementary education, I transitioned my passion for teaching into a career in strength training and conditioning. This background enables me to approach each client with empathy and understanding, offering personalized support that meets your unique needs.
When I am not at M3, you can find me training for my next race, playing outside with my dogs, or competing in local adult sports leagues. I’m committed to living an active lifestyle and helping others do the same. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to a stronger, healthier, and more confident you.
