Having grown up with a multi-sport background, my fitness journey didn’t truly begin until the age of 17 after discovering weightlifting and action sports. This passion for physical excellence has since led me to study and practice a wide spectrum of training methodologies, from bodybuilding and strength & conditioning to endurance training and calisthenics.
In addition to my current training regimen, I actively participate in a variety of sports and challenges that keep my skills sharp and my knowledge continually evolving. These include surfing, obstacle course racing, fitness competitions and rock climbing.
