Given my own hobbies in martial arts, climbing, skating, and herding cats, I understand the need to implement training with your personal goals and passions in mind. My expertise includes working with clients seeking foundational rehabilitation, and I have also begun exploring the challenges faced by prenatal and postpartum women in fitness.

I love building people up through thoughtful, progressive programming and helping clients develop life-long sustainability through movement, mindfulness and nutrition, and I look forward to working with you in the future!
