I didn’t always have a passion for health and fitness- far from it. My journey began my senior year of high school when I stepped into the gym with one goal: to get jacked for prom. That initial challenge of figuring out which exercises to do and what to eat sparked a competitive fire in me. Since graduating high school at 135 lbs in 2016, I’ve built my body up to 225 lbs and cut down to a lean 170 lbs. Through this process, I’ve learned one undeniable truth- the quality of your food matters.
My search for mentorship in elite coaching led me through gyms across Florida until I found M3 Strength & Conditioning, a private facility built on a culture of hard work, discipline, and coaching excellence. Since 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of individuals manage stress, build confidence, eliminate pain, improve mobility and achieve lasting transformations. But fitness is only part of the equation.
After witnessing countless clients struggle with cookie-cutter nutrition plans and impersonal healthcare solutions, I knew I had to do more. That’s why I pursued by nutrition coaching certification- to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach that considers each client’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
At the core of my coaching, I focus on education, personal support, and real-world implementation- because improving your health isn’t just about lifting weights or following a diet. It’s about elevating your life, unlocking your potential, and becoming the strongest version of your yourself.
