The journey from personal training client to M3 trainer began with the motivation to build better strength during half-marathon races. Eventually, the enjoyment of moving heavy weight has now led to 5 powerlifting competitions (USPA & USAPL) and a current USPA State record. Tanisha emphasizes the importance of perfecting one’s form and movement to ensure every members successfully builds strength with the least amount of injury risk.

She is also very excited to bring the area’s first full body and mobility workout regimen to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.
